My Me

A private place to hear yourself think.

Some things become clearer when you have somewhere to put them down. My Me is being built as a private, voice-first space that helps you notice what has been going on across your own words, days and patterns.

What it is

A quiet mirror for everyday life.

You leave a short voice note when something is on your mind. My Me reflects back what it is beginning to notice across the things you have shared.

It does not tell you what to do or conclude on your behalf. It gives you a private place to hear yourself think and a way to see patterns that can be difficult to notice while you are living through them.

  • Private, not public.
  • Reflection, not instruction.
  • Patterns, not scores.
  • Support that does not ask you to perform.

Why we are building it

For the parts of life that do not fit neatly anywhere else.

You can be capable, keep things moving and still feel some distance from yourself.

My Me is being developed for those ordinary moments when something is sitting with you, but you do not need advice, another task or somebody else’s answer. You may simply need a place to put things down and notice what is there.

Current stage

Currently in development.

We are preparing a small prototype pilot to understand what feels useful, what does not, and what people need from a private reflective space like this.

This work is being shaped through research, careful testing and conversations with the people it is intended to support.

Founder

Built with care, not hype.

My Me was founded by Ali Bailey after years of noticing how easily we can remain capable, carry what needs carrying and gradually lose sight of ourselves within it.

It brings together lived experience, research, behavioural insight and ongoing conversations with women about what a private reflective space needs to feel like in real life.
