You should be able to understand what MyMe is, what it does and what taking part means before sharing anything personal.
What is MyMe for?
MyMe gives you somewhere to put thoughts and feelings into your own words, through a voice or written note. Over time, it can offer a reflection drawing on what you’ve shared.
You might use it when something is changing in your life, when a conversation stays with you, or when you want a little space to understand how you feel. It’s for the everyday things as well as the bigger ones. You don’t need to arrive with a problem to solve.
Why doesn’t MyMe reply straight away?
Sometimes you need to put something down without immediately having more to take in. MyMe leaves room for that pause.
As you leave notes over time, it has more of your experience to draw on. A reflection can bring together possible patterns or meaning across those moments, rather than responding to each note separately.
You decide what fits and what matters.
How often should I use it?
Giving MyMe a place in your day helps it become more useful to you. Small notes, shared as things happen, give it more context for reflections that relate to your particular experience.
You might find a familiar moment before work or pick-up, or speak when something comes to mind. Those moments can add up to a bigger picture over time.
Returning regularly creates more opportunities for reflections, though every note won’t lead to one. There’s no daily target. MyMe is shaped around you and your day.
How does MyMe use AI?
MyMe uses AI to turn spoken notes into text and help prepare and check reflections on what you’ve shared.
We’ve taken care over how AI is used in MyMe. It helps reflect your words and possible connections between them, while leaving you to decide what they mean.
MyMe limits what AI receives. We don’t send your account name or email to the services that work with your notes. Your pilot notes and reflections are not used to train general AI models.
Our pilot privacy information explains how your information is handled, why and for how long.
Is MyMe therapy?
No. MyMe is a space for personal reflection. It does not diagnose, provide treatment or replace professional support.
